This year the national food Bank of Israel has issued it’s second report of food waste and We had the honor to participate in this important initiative. A first of its kind in Israel, the report shows the economic costs of lost food in Israel and introduces crucial data that can make real change in the way we consume and produce our food. The 2016 report brings a new theme – food loss in the institutional sector (IDF, hotels, etc) and presents alarming data: 20% of food consumption in Israel is carried out within the institutional sector, institutional food total loss amounts to 214 thousand tons (!!!).
This project involved the creation of a multi-page document, with rich content and infographics. We have created a graphically coherent document that displays it’s data with reverence and focus on the future – what can be changed and improved?
